Ryan La Via (@ryanlavia) is an award-winning writer, producer, director living in the metropolis called Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. He’s a social media junkie who loves to interact with like-minded creatives and when not busy behind a computer screen writing his next feature, he further flexes his creative muscles by being employed at Thunder Bay’s local television station where he writes, produces and directs television commercials for broadcast.

Ryan used his time during the takeover to showcase some behind the scene of his latest short film GLITCH. The film discusses how we depend on the tech a little too much and follows the story of a woman as she discovers her artificial partner begins figuring out she’s fooling around on him so she sends him in for a reboot.
