This 15-week project involves crafting diversified business and revenue models for our 2,000 sq ft space in North Bay, focusing on community engagement and artistic collaboration. The consultant will analyze financial potential, design membership and cooperative models, maximize rental opportunities, and formulate fundraising strategies. Deliverables include financial assessments, business model proposals, and a comprehensive final report with recommendations. Proposals should include a cover letter, CV, detailed approach, references, and work samples.
