Alec Jordan & Jordan Vandenberg

Alec Jordan (@jordanvideo) and Jordan Vandenberg (@_jberg) are two Northern Ontario born filmmakers who used their time during the Takeover to share some shots and info about their collaborative project, Blooms; A documentary focused on capturing the past present and future of Cobalt, Ontario Cobalt, Ontario but with a unique & modern look. ALEC JORDAN is a driven young filmmaker with a passion story telling and an eye for cinematography. ALEC held the title of DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY for three short films including – “Aanimizi”, “The Flannigans”, “Happily Off Track” (Best Student Film, Sudbury Cinifest – CTV Best in Shorts 2018) as well as his short documentary “Seeing Sound” (Best Student Film – North Bay Film Festival 2018) (Best Student Film, Sudbury Cinifest – CTV Best in Shorts 2019).

JORDAN VANDENBERG is a filmmaker and animator born and raised in Haileybury, Ontario. He is passionate about documentary filmmaking and loves creating 2D animations to compliment his projects. Jordan has directed two films, The Tri Town Ski & Snowboard Village (Official Selection at the X Games Aspen Shorts Block, 2019) and Happily Off Track (Best Student Film — CTV Best in Shorts, 2018). Jordan is a graduate of the TV/Broadcasting and Video Production program from Canadore College. He is currently studying Post Production at Canadore College. Jordan lives in Orillia, Ontario.
